Project Admin - Executive

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experiences as a project admin (ISO) or site clerk.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the team (when necessary).
Maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, Power Point, Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
